TruRev Health was established in an effort to help independent practices streamline their revenue cycle management processes, resulting in greater business outcomes and ultimately allowing their clinicians to provide the best quality care to their patients.

We recognized early on that independent practices, specifically those in primary care, weren’t getting the proper support they needed from RCM companies. Due to the high volume of claims yet low volume of claim reimbursements, these practices have been severely underserved as many RCM companies aim to target higher paying specialties. TruRev Health is passionate about filling that gap for independent primary care practices and understand that every dollar matters and that physician burnout can be an ongoing challenge.

With primary care being the truest form of healthcare in our country, it is important to us to service it on a grassroots level. Keeping these independent primary care practices as viable and thriving businesses is crucial to the future of our healthcare landscape in America. Primary care is proven to be a betterment for society by encouraging preventative measures and ultimately producing stronger health outcomes and eliminating unnecessary healthcare costs.

TruRev Health, founded in New York City, is a US based company, with over 500 medical billers and over 15 years of RCM experience. We provide the boutique approach of a mom and pop RCM company to our customers while having the infrastructure and ability to handle larger practices at scale.
